Welcome! I’m Dr Will Duffin, a doctor, adventurer, and presenter with 15 years of experience practising medicine in some of the most extreme environments on Earth. I’ve evacuated trekkers from the Himalayas and Andes, managed a suspected stroke aboard a moving train in Siberia, resuscitated premature babies in rural Myanmar, undertaken a search-and-rescue mission in the Pacific, and treated burns victims after a catastrophic forest fire in Madagascar. My teachers are the patients I serve and the dedicated professionals I work alongside.
These high-stakes experiences have shaped my ability to adapt, improvise, and lead under pressure. Today, I channel them into stage, screen, and education, bringing audiences stories that inspire, perspectives that challenge, and insights they can immediately apply in their own lives. My aim is to spark curiosity, empower growth, and leave people with the confidence to explore their own path with courage and clarity.

With equanimity, You take deliberate, purposeful action instead of reacting impulsively, turning pressure into steady progress.
